Accessing high-quality professional development can pose a challenge for teachers, leaders and schools. At Kingsbridge Institute of Learning, we believe that Professional Development should be an entitlement for all regardless of the stage they are at in their career. Professional Development is a arguably one of the biggest levers of school improvement in education.
As an organisation, we pride ourselves on being research-informed and actively engaging with reputable evidence. Through our strategic partnership with Blackpool Research School we ensure that teachers and leaders are supported to engage with evidence through twilights and other PD events. We also strive to support schools in translating this PD into practice in their schools by designing programmes that prioritise carefully planning for implementation.
Kingsbridge Institute of Learning works collaboratively with Kingsbridge EIP SCITT to ensure that their PD offer addresses local need and takes into consideration the context and needs and feedback of teachers, leaders and schools who engage with us. We hope that our current offer meets your needs for the year ahead. Should you have a specific area of interest or need, please contact Kingsbridge Institute of Learning on: info@kingsbridgeinstitute.co.uk
